Funky Chickens Applique
These Funky Chickens Applique feature both traditional applique and frayed applique. Not just for kitchen items; they’re perfect for anything from kitchen towels, bath towels, pillows, aprons or even pictures to dress up your kitchen, laundry, bathroom or living room. The chickens have a satin border with a heavy redwork outline to emphasize it while the flowers have a running stitch outline. The applique fabric is cut 1/4″ outside the outline allowing the fabric to fray after washing. Complete instructions plus an extra tutorial “How-To” for applique are included. The five flower designs come in two sizes for a total of 13 designs.
